            Without new experiences, something inside us sleeps. The sleeper must be awaken.
To anyone who have traveled at one or many times outside his or her comfort zone, will agree that there is always this excitement and sense of accomplishment that fills ones body and soul.
Miss Kristina, one of our social psychologist and a trip adviser told me that "people's level of thoughts (cognition), interactions (behavior) and feelings (affect), can only be achieve through social influences". One way to get influence socially is by traveling. To therefore know more about what Travel can do to you, below are major benefits of what Travelling does:

1. HEALING PROPERTIES
     
   Travel promote the brain health, stretch and keep the mind sharp. When you are introduced to a new environment and experience, your brain is challenged and helps to increase cognitive stimulation. The mind becomes active and sharp as it discover and learn new things. It promotes heart health. You are physically smart and active as your muscles develop nicely, without tightening them due to inactivity. Even as an adult, you become young once again. To distract yourself from an hurtful past events, travelling will help you slowly let go of them and your spirit becomes renew and uplifted. Also, Travel help your body to experience gradual filter of toxins and wastes, and then leave you healthy.

Artist and writers attest to the fact that travelling help them to get more muse, as they are inspired and motivated. Researchers also agrees that the better one is at engaging and adapting to new culture, the more creative and professional you become. It  boosts mental health, when useful knowledge is tap into. The brain engine and neural networks become organize and well furnish. Travel will make your mental faculty creative and skillful.

Nobody comes back from a journey the way they started it. Travel helps to broaden your perspective about that environment and about yourself. It is through travelling that new perspective is regenerated inside of you and this will give you that opportunity to be transform as you are faced with the reality of exploring countries outside your comfort zone.
